For Pooja Mandirs
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on any of our pooja mandirs. Our mandirs are customized specifically for each customer, thus we cannot take any returns. For mandirs that are ready made to pick up, customers are encouraged to visit our store before purchasing the mandir to ensure satisfaction. For customer who cannot come to our store, we can send pictures/ do a video call for confirmation of completeness before shipping your mandir.

For Brass, Wooden Carvings, Frames and all other products.
Customers are encouraged to come look at the products at our store before purchasing. Products are as-is, we do not take any returns or exchanges on any of our products.
